Christmas Movies

So I had a few friends over last night...we watched South Park Christmas Specials, Miracle on 34th Street (original), and It's a Very Sunny Christmas...


In my mulled wine induced haze I ordered 5 Christmas movies from Amazon! For $51!

and a 3 pack! Elf, A Christmas Story, and National Lampoon

I'll be busy drinking and watching!!!!!!!

yayyyyy! sounds like so much fun! Don't worry it is good to have plenty of Christmas movies, I always wish I had more!

PS can I have your mulled wine recipe? I am going to make some this Friday!

I make it the 'German' way.

I take at least a magnum of cheap merlot, put it in the pot. 3 cinnamon sticks, a bunch of whole cloves, Splenda (keep adding this to taste), a bit of lemon juice, a bit of orange juice, a bit of spiced rum. My grandma sometimes adds a little bit of brewed tea to water it down from the run.

Last night we did not have run, so we did not add tea,

Keep it on medium heat, and let it go for a while. I keep adding small amounts of Splenda while it heats. It takes a little while for everything to kind of melt together. It will not taste awesome right away! Just let it sit and keep going by taste.

You will probably used more Splenda than you think you will!

Strain it all when it is perfect! I make mine in a pasta pot for ease!

Sooooo yummy! We had not one spoonful left!
