Christmas Ornament Favor

Christmas Ornament Favor

We are thinking of having Christmas Ornaments as favors. We were going to buy regular glass ones at the store and decorate them with our names and date. Does anyone have any idea what we can use to decorate them? We tried stamping them and it just wipes off. TIA!

try going to diy.com or hgtv.com and see if they have any suggestions on painting on glass. That is a great idea

It sounds really cute but what about for people that don't celebrate christmas? I do so I would love it, but how would they feel? That's why I would be on the fence about this favor. Maybe they wouldn't care?

This is why we decided to do it...one of my coworkers got an ornament at a wedding she went to and she says she still thinks about it every year when she decorates her tree.

We really thought about our list before we decided on the ornament...there are very few who might not celebrate...but we were thinking with chocolate favors (not everybody will eat), candles (not everyone likes candles), wine (not everyone drinks)...there are plusses and minuses to every favor. We thought this was really cute.

Hey, if you love it, go for it! I look into things too much, that's part of my problem--indecisiveness..it's bad!! Post pics of your finished product

The craft stores sell paints and markers that can be used on glass.
