So, FH and I are both catholic but FH moved the year he was supposed to make confirmation and therefore did not make it.
I have made all my sacrements.
Is anyone else in this situation or does anyone know if FH would be required to get confirmed by the church?

I think you should call the church & find out. I know that when we got married we had to show proof that we both had our sacrements.

every church is different , my friend did not make his confirmation either and they allowed him to get married without doing any classes other than pre cana , check out what your church requires
