Church and Music

I am getting married at OLG but all brides can answer this.

What is the stand on music in the church. Are you allowed to have someone come in separately or do you have to use the church organist?

I want to walk down the aisle to Kenny Gs wedding song and felt that it would be awesome to have a live musician do it...

or can i play the cd?? like will churchs allow you to do this? i have no idea

You would have to speak to your church. Some churches are lenient about music, while others are not. If you speak to the church organist and/or the priest they can go over what they will and will not play and whether you can bring in a cd.
