So i just got back from meeting with the priest and everything went fine!! there was really nothing to stress about...They have my date available (and we booked) and I'm so happy thats over...
I'm jealous!!! Which church? What did they ask you? Mine is going to do a prenuptial investigation (whatever that is) and a COMPUTER COMPATIBILITY TEST before we can even tell them the date!!!
Our Lady Of Lourdes (west islip)...it really wasn't that bad..don't worry nothing to get stressed over. They basically asked where and how we met, how we became attracted to one another, why we wanted to get married, and why in church. They also went over the rules and regulations of the parish (i.e. no rice throwing). They also asked what religion we both were, if we were going to raise our children catholic..etc...
don't worry me and my fh met in a club!! haha and we just changed it around alittle bit. We met dancing..etc
