Re: church brides

I printed them up with the directions to the catering hall all on one card. it's just a plain ecru card that coordinated with my invitations.

I went to Staples and bought nice 8-1/2x11 paper. I printed them in Word 2 per page and put them in with the invitation. Everyone raved about them, I even got a call from the Monsignor's secretary asking if I would send over the document so that they can use them in the future. If you do this make sure the paper matches the color of the invitation.

i printed them up on cardstock and included them w/ my invites. The paper didnt exactly match the invite but I really didnt care because the cards I got from the hotel and reception hall didnt match either...

Mine were included with my invitations.
If not, I would've printed them on some vellum

I have an insert for the hall directions and one for the church and I also have a map with 3 locations.. the church/hotel/hall..

For brides that printed them up yourself, where did you get the cardstock? Did you buy regluar cardstock and cut it into quarters? I want to include directions, but dont want them to be a full 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.

I got it from Staples. The sheet is 8 1/2 - 11 but that is cut into 1/4s. Each card is 4 1/4 by 5 1/2. I my even cut these in half and print out from the west on one side and east on the other. The package was like $10
