Ok, so I am making my own Programs and I will also be having Petal Cones for people to through flower petals at us outside of the church. My question is, where do/did everyone set up the Program basket and the Petal Cones basket? At the entrance to the chruch? Did you have someone pass them out? Just trying to figure out how I will have them set up....

Usually you have a few family members hand out the programs as your guests are entering the church. Once the ceremony ends, the same people hand out the petal cones as everyone is assembling outside.

We're having our Junior Groomsman had out the programs. The petal cones will be handed out by my MOH as people exit the church. I'm setting everything up in the front of the church.

FH neice and nephew ( who are twin 10 year olds)kept asking us if they can be a part of our wedding. Without sounding rude we didn't want to have them in our wedding party, so we asked them to be 'a part' of our ceremony by handing out the programs and petal cones to our guests.

the church im using doesnt really have a foyer so i have younger cousin handing out the programs .. near the entrance

my MIL (first time I am saying MIL and not FMIL ) set up the programs in the back of the church (we originally planned on a younger cousin handing them out but not sure why that didnt happen) and my MOH and BMs handed out the petal cones as people were exiting the church.
