I just sealed all my invites and am planning on mailing tomorrow but just realized I only enclosed directions to the reception hall, is there supposed to be a directional card for the church too???

No I don't think so. I thought about it and I have never received an invite that included directions to the church. So, I don't think that you have anything to worry about.
The only people that I would be concerned about re directions to the church, are out of town guests.

Our church gave us direction cards to put in our envelopes. Most invites I have received have had church directions. Since you've already sealed your invites though, try not to sweat it, it's not worth ruining your envelopes. If people have questions, they can call you, or the church.
