Re: church help
If your FH is Catholic, you can get married in a Catholic Church. He would go back to the church that baptized him, as long as he hasn't become a member of any other Church since then. If that's not possible, there will probably be a lot of red tape. Also, you would have to go to pre-cana.
I am not sure about protestant churches, tho'.

Re: church help
We are getting married at St Josephs in Babylon, however we both belong to other churches. This church is very old and beautiful. My church from childhood was not the most accommodating, each time I called and asked a question, they told me I had to come in, just to ask a question... (I live out of state, so that wasnt going to happen). We just have to pay extra to St. Josephs. FM me with any questions. The priest we are using is very, very nice too.

Re: church help
fh & i searched google for churches....you can find them by community. try this site: church list
we literally spent 2 weekend driving around suffolk county and seeing what churches we liked and might be able to fit us....and then called them to see what restrictions they had. most just said no because neither of us are catholic.
a lot of episcopal and greek orthodox churches don't require that you be their denomination.
