I don't have a template, but I can help a bit.

Have you gone through pre-cana yet? if so, you should have the book where it spells out the readings, prayer of the faithful, etc. you can use that as a loose template.

Some of the RC programs I have seen are elaborate, others are simple. For a simple one, you could use just a single 8.5 x 11' page, folded in half. Cover has your names and date on it; inside has a list of your bridal party, readers, name of your celebrating priest; other inside page has your processional song, readings, psalm, hymns to be sung, Eucharistic liturgy, blessings, and recessional song. Back cover could have a note from you and your FH thanking everyone for being there.

For an elaborate one, you could type out the text of your readings, and insert the music (literally the staffs) of your psalm, and other hymns.

It's not as hard as it seems. But you have lots of time! I didn't do mine until the night before!

Do a google search for them; I found tons of them online. You can actually download the templates for free. All you have to do is add your information and print them. Everything is already spelled out for you
