how many programs should i make (i'm not making them yet i still have a 1 year and a month to go but just wondering) if i am inviting 180 people? i know i dont need 180 of them how many is good? (considering all 180 will prob not all reply yes)

I have a ways to go, but I only bought 90 (I'm doing them myself). I'm inviting 175 to the wedding but I don't think nearly half show up to the church (from the weddings I've been to). HTH!

Agreed, about 50 should suffice. Not everyone's going to attend the church ceremony.
I'm going with half.. and to double check the number, I am also doing a count of how many people in the family members that I think will show up.. I'm guessing most other friends and work people won't come to the church..
I don't remember the exact number I made but I want to say 75 for 130 people. Pretty much whatever amount of cardtsock I had left after making the menus was how many programs I made. I feel most people don't take them or take 1 per couple.
I am making 100-125. I expect about 180 at the wedding, but not all of them will go to the church, and some couples will probably share programs.
I think we made 60. We had 186 attending, but the ceremony was at the church on a Friday evening so we knew we'd have less guests. Also, not everyone takes a program. I'd probably do 80 in your case, 100 tops.

Right now we have 229 people attending and I'm only making 150 programs. Some people don't come to the church and not everyone takes a program! Plus, the bridal party doesn't need a program!
