Re: Church question?
we talked about what date/time we wanted... then he spoke to us separtely- I don't remember everything he asked but something on the lines of: 1- have you ever been married before? 2- how do you plan to raise your children?
stuff like that, it was really easy... then he went over the rules of the church (about the photographer not interuppting the ceremony, we can only use petals or bubbles, etc)

Yep, us too. Now, this is the most important TIP- See if you can see what he writes down on your forms re: date and time of the ceremony. Before you leave, double check the day of the week, date, and time again because we are currently going through some yuck (after all of the invites went out) about a time quoted and a time written down.

Re: Church question?
The first time we met with the priest at our church we set the date and time and also took the FOCUS test.

Also, don't tell the priest that you've booked the hall (if you did). They get upset when you don't book the Church first!!

Re: Church question?
We have the best priest! We talked for about an hour together about how we met, what we do for a living, and the plans we made so far. Then he gave us a book about rules on getting proof of sacraments and a license. He then told us we could have a very short 2 hour pre-cana! Father Tony rocks!

Re: Church question?
Wow, where is this Father Tony? 2 hour pre-cana is awesome.
Here is another question for you, will the church let you take family pictures inside the church? FH and I disagree on this one.
