I have a question. I would ask the priest that is performing my ceremony, but he is on vacation. They are delivering my flowers (for the church and the grooms' family) at 2:00, but the ceremony does not begin until 3:30. Will someone be at the church to get the flower delivery? I appreciate your input.

my church has a contact person. She is the coordinator at the church...when we met with the priest...he gave us a booklet with all info regarding procedures. Included was the number of the coordinator for flowers and decorations as well as ceremony music...
