Is anyone else getting married in a church that frowns upon strapless gowns? Of course my gown and all BM gowns are strapless and I need to figure out a resolution.
They make little jackets to wear in church, kind of like a bolero. Some of then are really pretty. I'm sure you can get one that looks great with your dress.
Thanks - my BM dresses are on the pricey side and I didn't want to make them spend even more money. I know those jackets you are talking about. Not bad but prob expensive.
wow i never heard of rules like that. I know my church doesn't have strict rules like that. But yea get a shaw or boleros.
Maybe you can shop around at non bridal stores and find some cute ones. .Target, Forever21 or HM may have some less expensive ones that still look good.
Never heard of this in any of the weddings i've been in and the priest didn't mention during our first meeting to book the church.
