Church vent (kind of long)

So I called the church today just to verify what time my ceremony starts so I know what time to put on the invites. The woman picks up and asks for my name then proceeds to out me on hold. She come back and says 'whats your name again?' So I tell her and then tell her FH name also in case she doesn't understand me. She puts me on hold again and comes back and tells me 'What day in October is your wedding?' So i told her the 19th. Then she tells me well there isn't anything here scheduled in the book. At this point my heart is racing and I'm about to freak out.

So then I calmly tell her that it was originally scheduled for the 12th and if she could look on that date. I figured maybe the Deacon just forgot to change it in the book. She checks and says sorry there isn't anything there either. Now I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown. So then she asks me who is marry us. I tell her and she says to hold on again as if i want to wait any longer. My mind is racing thinking OMG I have no church to get married at!!!

She comes back on the phone and says 'Sorry, I looked in the wrong book. I didn't look in the wedding book. She was look at the baptism books!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I wanted to yell at her over the phone. She tells me yes your scheduled for a ceremony at blah blah time. Is there anything else I can help you with? NOOOOOOOOOOOO obviously you dont know what your doing?!?!!? So I politely said no and told her to have a nice day. Ugh . Thanks for listening to me vent. Im done now and feel better
