I need a church on LI that will marry non-parishioners. The hall is Jerricho Terrace, but right now I have my church in Brooklyn since that is where I live. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY CHURCHES ON LI THAT WILL MARRY YOU IF YOU DONT BELONG TO THAT CHURCH???
Thanks for your help!

Re: Churches???
I am using a different church than my own b/c my church's restrictions were insane when it came to photos. I am using St. Francis in Greenlawn but that might be a bit of a schlep for you... although our hall is Swan Club and thats about the same distance as Jericho Terrace. FM me if you want more info!

Re: Churches???
I'm not getting married at the church I belong to. I just needed permission from my church to get married in another one. It wasn't a problem. Try calling the churches in the Floral Park./New Hyde Park area. Are you looking for a Catholic Church? There is St Hedwig's (where I'm getting married) Holy Spirit, Notre Dame.

Re: Churches???
I'm getting married at Our Lady of Hope in Carle Place. They were so great to work with. FH and I were NOT members, so I just became one just incase. But they are not too strict on the requirements. and the church is soo pretty. All we did to become a member was called them up they took our names and address and that was it. it was like a 2 min phone call.

I'm getting married at St. Francis, too, and they're pretty laid back, but agree that Greenlawn might be a little far.

Re: Churches???
We are getting married at St. Raymond's in East Rockaway. They take non-parishioners.

Re: Churches???
Try Notre Dame in New Hyde Park. I believe a co-worker told me you dont have to belong to their church.

Re: Churches???
you might want to check with Maria Regina in Seaford. Their Wedding booklet has the fee if you are a parishioner and another (which is $100 more) if you aren't.
