churches in Huntington?

Seeing as most of you are from long island and I live in pa I hope you guys can help me. I am looking for a beautiful catholic church in Huntington as close to oheka castle as possible. I wanted to get married at oheka but my mom and myself are really set on having a catholic ceremony acknowledged NY the church wheras if I married at oheka it wouldn't be. I'm still having the reception at oheka but now I need to find a church lol so all your help would be most appreciated thank you guys so much in advance. Ashley

So I called St patricks and was super excited about maybe getting married there because I'm Irish but it turns out they only perform weddings for parishoners so I'm out of luck

Saint Edwards in Syosset

Our Lady of Mercy in Plainview

Saint Elizabeth in South Huntington(10 Minutes from Oheka)

Saint Dominic in Oyster Bay (15 minutes from Oheka)

Holy Name of Jesus in Woodbury (right off of Woodbury Road, not too far from Oheka)

Thanks for all the info ill check into it tomorrow. Ive tried calling a couple of churches but they all seem so nasty I wonder why? You would think its a church they'd be nice but i guess not

LOL, aint that the truth. I've been a St. E's parishoner for 28 years and they were nasty to me. I just don't get it.

St E's did the SAME thing to me, I grew up in huntington, got all my sacraments there, and they were nasty and wouldn't let me get married there because I am not a current parishioner since I live in Westchester now. It's really ridiculous.

LOL and once I told my mother that they were rude, it was on! She is a very active member there and confronted the priest (I don't even know who it is now? Father Frank?) And he felt so bad...its the old hags in the church office. lol
