Hi All, We live in the Bronx and are most likely getting married on LI at the George Washington Manor in Rosyln. I don't know the area at all! Can someone suggest churches in the area that marry non-parishoners? Within 30 minutes of the hall is probably OK. Thanks!

Doesn't GW Manor have a chapel? If not, the CW Post Interfaith Center.

Yea, it does but I want to be married in Church. I guess I should have specified a Roman Catholic Church. Priests won't marry you anywhere else. Thanks! Lisa

Hi, I'm having my reception about two miles from your reception hall, at Harbor Links. I am getting married at St. Dominic's Chapel in Oyster Bay. It's about a 25 minute drive from the church to Roslyn.

St. Dominic's is a Roman Catholic church. The chapel is beautiful, and fits about 250 people.

Theres a St.Marys Catholic Church in Manhasset on Northern Blvd..It would be about 15min from GW Manor.
Have you asked GW Manor if there are churches nearby they could recommend? Usually halls will have a list of possible churches for brides.

St. Aidan's in Williston Park.. that's my church, it's beautiful! Or Our Lady of Hope in Carle Place
