Churches.....(bethpage area)

FH and I don't belong to a church. His parents do but I want to be married in a LUtheran church and his is Catholic. Does anyone know of some good Lutheran churches in the area and about what they might charge for a non member? Thanks so much in advance!!!

lol! For a non member thing - I know the St. James Lutheran Church in St. James doesn't charge. When I went there I asked about that. And they said no problem. But that's in Suffolk and a little ways from Bethpage.. Ok i'm shutting up now to look up some churches for you to call and ask..

I am an 07 bride - but I am getting married at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Plainview. FH belongs to the church though so I'm not sure what they'd charge for non-members. You could always call and find out. I can give you the info if you FM me.

But seriously....I don't know how my church charges for non-members, but they are soooo nice there and I'm sure it won't be a problem!

Hi - I live in Bethpage and my FH is Lutheran -- his mom goes to St. Paul's on Stewart Ave. in Bethpage. They just recently re built it from a fire about three years ago. It is very pretty inside. The aisle is not that long, and thats why I passed on getting married there (I want a huge aisle). But it is very cute and quaint.
