cigar bar

I am considering a cigar bar for my FH. I had heard that cigar factory does a great personalized cigar. I reached out to cigar factory about 4 times and left a message for the owner, with no reply. I am not sure about you ladies, but when I am looking to spend a pretty penny on something, and a vendor can not return my call , they are out of the running.

I do not want hand rolled at the wedding bc my FH prefers the taste of an aged cigar.


Has anyone ordered bulk cigars online, or through a long island store and had labels made?

Looking for suggestions :)
