Cigar Roller during VH

Ok FH and I have been thinking of something that we can do that will make our Viennese hour a little different. I suggested the cigar rollers and he loved it. After talking with a friend of mine, who is a cigar lover/expert, I'm not so sure now. He says it's a nice idea but not very practical, any suggestions.
I thought it was a great idea plus FMIL said she would pay for it


Anyone doing this or has been to a wedding where it was done??

I am having a cigar roller but for the CH instead of the VH. We have been to wedding with them and LOVE IT!! I think that everyone will have an opinion but if you want it then go for it. They are alot of fun and not much more expensive then buying the cigars on your own.

What they do is preroll a predetermined amount and then hand roll like 20 at the VH. It should be great. I think there might be a vendor on here.

Thanks ya'll, I did find a roller at a fairly reasonable rate but what my friend said just freaked me out. He was saying that the cigar smokers will all be outside smoking instead of being inside having agreat time. I would hate forthe room to clear out and be left with an empty dance fllor just because everyone is outside enjoying a cigar. I guess I want to have my cake and eat it to.

My cigar roller was suppose to come during the VH but showed up early - about 1/2 an hour after the reception began - which worked out great! It was right after we had the beginning dances and not quite when the DJ got people up dancing all night.

Honestly, everyone loved it!

We are having one and setting up a 'smoking table' outside with a couple of bottles of cognacs!!

FH is soooooo excited!!

That's why we decided against it. And cigar smoke can be kind of obnoxious, especially if everyone's trying to enjoy the food at the VH!

It's a tough call because they can't smoke in the RH, which I agree wouldn't be too pleasant for everyone, so the smokers would eventually end up outside. If I knew that people wouldn't disappear I would definitely go for it but what are they going to do......
'oh look I have this fine cigar that was just hand rolled for me but I won't smoke it now, I'll just stick it in my pocket and wait until the party is over'

yeah wishful thinking huh but darnit I really want it!! decisions
