cigars during cocktail hour or at VH (end of night)??

cigars during cocktail hour or at VH (end of night)??

What are you doing? what have you seen done?

Cocktail hr is bad bc then everyone smells for the rest of the night (mine is outdoors)

VH is bad bc then everyone leaves the dance floor early (unless i hold off until the after-party but then not everyone will see them)

HELP! opinions please!

we had our guy start rolling towards the end of dinner in the back of the reception room

we did it at the end of VH and it was fine...alot of people do go outside but it was fine and everyone LOVED it

This is the same exact thing that I'm worried about. I don't want to spend all that money on the VH and then people not even be there.
