we are going to The Beach Club in the hamptons...sopposed to be a huge grand opening, i know a lot of people that are going to check it out...im excited, love cinco de mayo

I think I'll just make my margarita marinated chicken specialty, with Spanish rice, avocado, tomato, refried beans and chips for dinner tomorrow night. We had it on Sunday, and it was sooooo yummy! It's a good meal for tomorrow, too (plus a margarita!!) .

We are going to see Wicked the Broadway play- not really with the theme of Cinco de Mayo but I bought these tickets in Nov and cant wait to go!!

OMG!!! LOVED Wicked! So did my FH, and he is SO not a Broadway person (either am I, really). LOVE that play! Enjoy it!!!!
