Has anyone ever been to Cipriani Dolci in Grand Central, if so how was the food & atmosphere?

I personally have never been there but I walk past it all the time- I think it's probably good but the atmosphere is to be desired as it's open to grand central below (it's on one of the terraces by the stair cases)

it is supposed to be great and I have heard small weddings there are beautiful.

Thanks girls, I have to host a corporate dinner for about 50 & I'm looking for a place that's different & i figured that overlooking grand central is definetly different. Are there any other places that come to mind that I should look into?
