CIRA-What menu did you choose?

Since I am also getting married at WM I was wondering what menu did you choose?
I am praying for good weather for you.....

Luckily, I have my menu with me at work:

Dinner:
For the entrees we selected (with string beans):
the Filet Mignon
the herb crusted salmon
the chicken verdi

Salad:
Greek Salad

Pasta (this was negotiated before we signed)
penne filetto pomodoro

Appetizer:
Cold Antipasto

Desert:
Peach Melba and Viennesse Trays

For the cocktail hour:
Carving Meats - Turvey and Roast Beef (negotiated the extra meat)
Trays - Seafood Oriental, Veal Marsala, Chicken Scarpiello, Tripe (for my parents only), Fried Calamari, and Eggplant Rollatini

Pasta Station (extra $): Farfalle Vodka, Rigatoni Cognac

BBQ (extra $): Shrimp Ka-bobs (? sp) , Shish Ka-bobs and Baby Lamb Chops

Everything else is pretty standard, except we got the tropical drink bar too (that was negotiated at contract too)!

For Beer - I know he choose Sam Adams and I don't remember the other

For the Cake - Basket weave cake, whipped cream, chocolate cake and white chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries! Yummy!
