city hall

does anyone know a pretty city hall for a civil ceremony in or close to the city?

the floor of the municipal building downtown looks like the dmv for christ's sake!

please let me know if you've heard of a more picturesque setting...

Why not do it in a park or even centeral park and have on of the officiants from the site do it. Look under Wedding Services and then Officiant. That would be really nice.
