Thanks for asking! I still don't know the results since two people were out of town for work and have to weigh in on Monday. I will post the results on Monday night.

I did LOSE 10.4 pounds- the most weight I have ever lost in 3 months so I am so excited I really don't even care if I win. Right now its anyones guess who took it since he would only share our weight loss and not the body fat results.

Well, when you are spending 18,000 in the past year, the 450 prize to spend on ANYTHING you want is such a huge motivator!

But seriously, to lose weight all you really need a group of competitive nutcases, $100 per person and a neutral site to get weighed and body fat tested and it really works. I would have NEVER lost this weight without the contest. I have no will power. But winning to me MADE me work out and eat healthy.
