Classical Music

My fh's birthday is coming up and I want to get him tickets to a Classical Music Concert in the city. He listens to it sometimes and had told me he would like to see it in person.
I dont know much about it and which concerts are good.
I looked on the internet and was just lost.
I found concerts but dont know the difference between them.
So I am giving it a shot that someone on here knows something about this and could help me.
Thank you

Re: Classical Music

I looked through some of the nicer venues in the city. Since you need it to be after 11/15-I'd recommend something like the New England Symphonic Ensemble at Carnegie Hall on Sun. 11/30. The program they're doing is good for novices-composers like Vivaldi are always great!

If you could do before 11/15-Lincoln Center has a great program on Beethoven!

Hope this helps!!

Re: Classical Music

I have these discount coupons to the Philharmonic that I get through my school. Let me know if you want some. I have a million and each coupon is good for up to four tickets and gets you the seats for half price.
