Yes, I did have trials with her! Actually 2 of them. She is SOOO nice and I actually booked her, but I was never really happy with the hair 100%. So I eventually called her, expressed my concern and cancelled her. She was really nice, sent me back my deposit which I didn't even ask for! I felt really bad bc I liked her so, much, but I felt uneasy about the hair. I wound up booking Jenn the Hair Genie. Claudia's hair trials are free, but she is $300 the day of for the bride. Jenniesunshine did use her as well, and I thought her hair came out great!
