cleaning

Stupid question ....How often do you pg'ers clean...like mopping? I get SO exhausted after mopping - even if I only do one room at a time and I wonder if I'm hurting the baby.

I try not to do the mopping and vaccuuming bc of the movements involved and I hate being so tired. I sweep the kitchen floor and hardwood floors in LR/DR every other day bc our dog sheds.

It's normal to be tired when cleaning and you're probably not hurting the baby. Listen to your body, if you get tired stop and sit for a minute. Since your muscles are prepping for carrying the baby then certain movements will cause aches and pains.

Well, I confess, I'm only mopping like every 6 weeks or so... But I do vacuum daily. It's just so hard NOT to clean - I crave it now and need to do it from top to bottom. Maybe I'll span it out more and do it only every 8 weeks or so

I can't vaccuum. I vaccuumed the downstairs the other day and was so exhausted that I couldn't do the upstairs. I actually had to lay down afterwards.

I guess I'm just use to running constantly since I have 2 todderls, so I deep clean every other day, vacuum daily, 4 loads of wash daily, bathrooms 2/week, kitchen floor 3/week. I go overboard, for sure, but that's just OCD me!!!

Not superwoman, 'out of her Mind Woman'. I wish i could just look at the house and let it be when it's messy, but i just can't do it! I wish I could slow down, but I think cleaning and maintaining my house is my therapy. I also work 20 hrs in a hosptial and have aprivate practice. I have alwsy been like this, it drives my husband nuts!!
