I have a stain on my coach bag is one of the white material ones. The website says to clean with mild soap and damp sponge. Was just curious if anyone tried to clean their's and if they were successful. Appreciate your help!

Try a Shout wipe. They work for everything else. And I just used one on a canvas bag I have.

I think that is probably the best you can do to clean it. I had a straw bag from Coach that got really dirty, & I called up their customer service number (I think it's on the website) & they said that was all I could really do to clean it. Good luck!

Tammy... unfortunately it's canvas and white! They do sell a leather cleaner though.

then I would go to the coach store in the mall and ask they may have a non leather cleaner or know what to tell you did you try coach.com?

I think we have the same bag!! The white canvas one with the red & blue stripe down the middle?
I got a little pen mark on mine too but I haven't touched it in fear of making it worse...

I have tried Baby wipes!! on my material coach and burberry bag they work!

I called customer service and they suggested I use diluted Ivory liquid soap and a lightly dampened white cloth to try to clean it. She said to use small circular motions and to do it lightly. She said that I will need to be patient with it.
