Ugh. I have a calphalon non-stick grill plan, which is my pride and joy. I made some turkey kilbasa on it the other night (which, btw, is awesome and low fat/low cal) and I cannot get the char off of the grill. I've scrubbed and scrubbed... I know you cant use brillo on nonstick, and I dont want to take a knife to my beloved pan... any suggestions??

Re: Cleaning help
I usually do that with a cast iron pan. Also I will just sometimes fill it with super hot water and let it sit, and sit, and sit and sit and eventually it losens up enough where it comes right off.
