So we are clear to close..what should we expect. Our lawyer and the bank lawyer are going over figures so we have the exact amt for the check..I am soooo nervous. How long does it take to set the closing date? The house is vacant. OMG NERVES!

once u are clear, it takes like no time at all, u could close the same week

We were clear on a Tuesday and closed that Friday! Good luck!

we had the same time frame.....Clear on Friday & closed on Wednesday
