If you guys had your ceremony there how early were you allowed in to set up and stuff?? And if you can share how your tables were arranged and how many fit. I went to the tasting a had 6 people and they were comforctable. TIA

Hi, it all depends on if there is another event that day and when it ends....the day we got married there were two afternoon, and two evening weddings....my florist and DJ had half an hour to set up!!!! They did it though and everything was wonderful. They say tables can be 10-12 people. Ours varied from 8-12....I say 10 is probably best if you can do it that way, but it gets tricky.

I think my florist was there around 2:30 or so and my reception didn't start until 7:30. However, it was a Friday night and we were the only party there.
We had 15 tables with plenty of room to spare. We had between 8-11 people at a table and everyone was comfy!
