Well I just got off the phone w/ Lou from Chateau La Mer as a possible e-party location.... I was wondering if you could share any experience w/ me... the goog/ bad & ugly....thanks so much
We looked there for our E-Party. We opted for John Anthony's in Babylon instead. I have to say Everyone Raved about J. Anthony's... Food, Service and all. I just went to a christening at CLM last night... The room was Georgous as was the rest of the site. Food was good.. The only thing that was bad was that they served Coffee way too early.. They didnt even cut the cake yet and people were asking for 2nd cups. But that was the worst thing.. I would check out john anthonys too.
CLM is nice but there's something about the place that annoys me. I'm way more into the New England colonial looking places. But that's just me. I don't like when the place is trying to look like something out of a disney movie. I hope I'm not offending anyone. Style is so subjective.

My sister had her wedding there and we worked with Lou. Her wedding was awesome and everyone was so nice to work with.
I LOVED CLM!! I don't know of a person who has had ANYTHING negative to say about them! At least check them out! You wont be disappointed. I dealt with Nick and he is nothing but courteous and fun!
I had my wedding there and was more than happy with them. We dealt with Nick who is awesome.

Nick is phenomenal and I think CLM is absolutely breathtaking and they have great food. What an excellent choice for an engagement party if you choose to have it there![]()
