not me- sorry i already did the tasting about a month ago- i was the best- so yummy!!!! I'm dreaming about all the food they had!!!!

just found out FH has to work late on that day can't make it.

I'm interested in CLM but haven't actually had an official tour of the hall...is that necessary before going to the tasting?

Do I need to make a reservation? I'd LOVE to go....especially since I'm returning to PA next week for school.

i would definitely get a tour of the hall b4 going for a tasting. yes schedule one with nick or lou.they will tell u everything u need to know

For those of you who went to CLM...any comments on the upstairs room? Seem too small for 100-125 ppl?????

We are trying to figure out a date to go, FH and I both have school on Wed and I hear they only have it every other Wed. Im excited to go though! I will probably go sometime in October or November! Make sure you tell us all about it!! IM curious to know if they actually set up a cocktail hour?

They don't set up an actual cocktail hour. They basically serve 6 out of the 13 or so main course options and it's served family style on a silver platter. It's actually really nice but unfortunately you don't get to choose what you're being served (everything is yum though!). There is open bar so you can drink whatever you want. They set up the choc. fountain with fruit and cookies and then they put a platter of cookies on each table. It's a lot of fun... I would sacrifice a night of class for it!!

no u dont - i didnt book with them until 2 months after i did the tasting- they can hold a date that u are interstead for 5 days then u will have to leave them a deposit.
