CLM

I booked CLM and I loved the hall, food, people, etc.

However, this is the second time they lost my check! Did anyone else ever experience this? It is making me really nervous.

I booked with them last august and have never had this problem. Maybe you should just call them to find out what is going on

I did call them. the first time it was an error between their bank and clm. This time, they don't know what happened and they are looking into it.

I'm not putting CLM down- I love them!! I'm just nervous because it's a big day! lol

Do you put your date and year of your wedding on the check? They told me to do that so my checks wouldn't get lost. Hope everything works out

Wow, that *****..I make sure I write every detail on the check so that when I get my statement in the mail..they cant deny anything.

This happened to me one time with them. It all worked out in the end -- I just had to show them my bank statement showing the check was cashed by them. They deal with a lot of brides and get a ton of checks, its not surprising they loose a few here and there. If they never cashed it, just put a stop payment and write them another check. They were really great about it when it happened to us.
