Nick called last nigth from CLM and said we have to meet to discuss the menu and other things. What other things? Also, I had a hard time choosing 8 chafing dishes..what did you all choose?

a certain cut a steak that is peppered or a steak with peppers

8 trays: Eggplant shrimp scampi sausage & peppers chicken marsala mussels marinara seafood paella keilbasa & sauerkraut (b/c my family is polish)
Last dish maybe beef & broccoli or hawaiian chicken

I don't remember what we picked for our chafing dishes... but when you go, you will pick all the CH food and dinner menu, probably choose your cake and go over what they need from you and when. It's exciting!
I wish I could do it all over again!!!

It was fast....he also gave us the table layout & told us what he needs from us for that week (insurance certificates from vendors, etc.) & he suggested going to Black Forest directly for the cake.
