CLM - add on's

If you are getting married at CLM...what add on's if any are you doing?

I'm not doing any add'ons......(can't afford it.....), but I heard that the viennese hour is fantastic.

I'm not doing any add on's either basically because we're getting so much already, but if I could afford to, I would do the veinnese hour.
My FH wants to add more time on to the reception. That will probably be a game-time decision.

I know... the Veinnese looks awesome.. They quoted me 15pp for it...but I am hoping to talk them down to 7pp by eliminating stuff....or just doing the fountain. What do you think?

I think I am just going to add the fountain. I think all the other stuff is just to much at 12:00 at night and it saves me a lot of money.

I think you can get the fountain for 7pp, I don't know about the viennese hour though....how much stuff are you planning on cutting?

im doing the miniature cheesecake bar in martini glasses, served with all topings
and seperate, and ice cream sundae bar

No adds as of yet. I feel like we are getting so much already. But if I could add things, it would be the shrimp boat for the cocktail hour and the chocolate fountain.

Yeah I was just thinking of doing the Fountain...or doing something like the cheesecake/ice cream. How much did they charge pp for those two add on's?? Did you get any extra time for it?

I don't think we are doing any add on's because they give you so much with the regular menu, I don't think anyone will have any room and I have this thing with wasting food. But if we did add it would definitley be the shrimp boat, I love the presentation.

CLM doesn't really 'throw' stuff in , I asked and the answer I got was that we're getting so much for a great price and that the owner doesn't really 'do that'. I was OK with that, because it's so true.. you get so much for a really great price and the place is just so beautiful!

Actually, they threw in the ice sculpture for us and I've heard a lot of CLM brides say they got the fountain thrown in on the wedding night for them. You never know. I'd love to have the fountain and the viennese if I could, but we cant afford it.
