Re: CLM Brides
The cake is through Black Forest Bakery in Lindenhurst. I think you can go with another bakery too. When you finalize your menu, they show you the types of cakes you can choose from. Depending on what you want, there might be an upgrade. I met with Tommy from Black Forest just so I could get more specific with what I wanted...you can do the same! They will design it however you like- colors, shapes, decorative designs, etc....

You can go through black forest or another baker they deal with. I wanted a fountain cake (you know, the ones with the 3 layer in the middle coming down with stairs to two 2 layers...then we saw one that came down from there to 2 single layers)> Lou had one baker who made the fountain cake and was included in the price. He told us that black forest might charge an upgrade but to go meet with them, so we did. We also met with Tommy who gave us what we wanted (in the square shape we want) at NO upgrade charge. He was great to deal with. We bought a cake from there to try it...we're having yellow cake with buttercream. It was soooooo amazing.
The only bad part is that the Vienese hour is not by blackforest...but we tasted those cakes at TWOTY and they were fabulous!!!!

This is one of the many options. We chose this with chocolate cake and chocolate mousse or pudding filling. I can't remember. The cake was delicious. I would like a slice now.
