CLM Brides getting married in the gazebo

Are you using any type of microphone for the guests so they can hear the vows etc?

Also are you decorating it?

I need to decide if I am doing fake or real flowers....

What is everyone else doing. I went today to take a good look at it and theres hooks and staples in it etc...

I don't think we are using the microphone. and yes we are decorating the gazebo with flowers and tulle

I am not getting married there but we are getting married in a gazebo at our hall. We are not using a microphone. I really would rather not have my voice projected throughout the crowd Im shy!!

hey, we are not using a microphone, id rather just us hear each other anyway, makes it more intimate... i want to decorate with flowers and incorporate some seashells in there since i am having a beach theme.

I am useing a big BoK of flowers on bolth side with tulle coming down the posts and my theme is seashell so in the middle we are useing a seashell hanging thing i don't know what it called

I got married at the hall, inside where it's quieter, and we definitely needed the mic--even though Pastor Mike was loud, I don't think the readers would have been heard. Also, just went to a wedding last weekend where they got married at the halls gazebo outside--they definitely needed the mic to hear the officiant too.

Thanks for the info. I think I will have it set up and then Ill decide last minute depending on the day, boat traffic etc if well need it.

I just hate going to a wedding and not hearing anything. My aunt and uncle are also going to sing for us. I would like them to have a mic.

I have to talk to my DJ. I havent even given them a song list.
