When did you have your menu meeting with them? Did they call you, or should I call them? I am almost 2 months before, not sure if we are supposed to meet soon or 1 month before.

I think I actually called them to ask and they were just going to be calling me that week to do it...I think it was around 2 months before, so I would give them a call if you want!

We did it about 2 months or just a little under that to do menu...& we did it over the phone b/c we live 2 1/2 hrs away from LI.
