My wedding is July 4th. I'm pretty sure Lou told me I would have my meeting to pick the menu about three months before (which is now). Should I call CLM to schedule the meeting or should I wait for them to call me? I'm making my own DIY menus so I want to get a start on those pretty soon...

You can pick your menu at home to do your DIY menu - i did the menu seven months before the wedding IoI
I did the meeting two months before the wedding. He will call you but if you really want to take care of the menu then call them they will get you in earlier.
