How does picking out the cake work? Do they only offer some types of cake? Does anyone know if Red Velvet is one of them? Any help you an offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
EDIT: Any of you past brides please post pictures of your cakes! Thanks!

I went to a wedding a few summers ago at CLM and the bride and groom had red velvet cake so I think it must definitely be an option. And I remember it being really yummy too!

Re: CLM Brides...
Red velvet is an option for an additional $1.50 per person. They also have different fillings and icings including fondant and ganache (both of which are additional per person).
They have a book with design options but honestly, the ones in the book seemed outdated and very VERY 80s (like with columns and different levels and all that). You can just get a plain tiered cake from what I understand and they have different designs for the icing patterns like a basketweaver design or a smooth finish design with scroll designs, cascading roses, dots, swags, swirls, etc.
I got the pricing list from them a few months ago when we visited so if you want to know anything specific, let me know!

Re: CLM Brides...Past and Present!
We used Campbell's bakery and we spoke to the owner. He was awesome. I gave a picture of what I wanted for my cake and he did it exactly...I had whip cream as my frosting bc i dont like the others. He didnt charge us extra.
