CLM - ceremony indoors question

First question - i know a reception will be going on above me when we have our ceremony did anyone experience this and if so did you hear anything?

Second question - did you pick two different songs to be played for when people walked down the aisle. If so what was it (or at least the times of the songs). I am thinking of doing one song for parents and bp and then different song for when I walked do the aisle but I am not sure if its not long enough to have two songs with out getting cut off horribly.

Thank you!

Re: CLM - ceremony indoors question

when I was there I asked if music could be heard from other rooms (like a steel drum or something) and they said no. I'd call back and double check. Listening to someone else's music while you're saying your vows would suuuuuck!!!! you can also e-mail them thru their site -- they usually respond by the next day.

I wouldn't trust what they say at a RH regarding noise. I haven't heard about noise issues at CLM, but I have visited another hall and been told there was no noise problem...I definitely heard differently on LIW about this RH.

To answer your second question: It all depends on your entertainment company, how good they can control the songs/music. I had a different song played for the BP and parents and myself. I didn't hear any problems. You could request to hear a sample from your entertainment company to see how they do with the different song/music you like. My friend had her ceremony indoors at Leonards, and next door was a reception going on and we didn't hear any other noises or music.
