We got a call yesterday from Lou to make an appointment to make the menu and do the cake. We have been working with Nick though. Does this mean that Lou will be our BM now? We know Nick through a mutual friend and really wanted him but I'm not going to say that to Lou.

I think Lou just does the menus. We have been working with Lou but told us Nick would be our day of person. GUess they are getting all the menus out of the way for the events on file? They wouldn't let us do ours until 6 weeks before (we asked to do it in March when we were home) and we had to make another trip to NY for it!!
Well I hope they're not switching BMs on us- I think I am going to try to call Nick later on today or tomorrow!
I just called, Nick said he has been busy with weddings and stuff and that Lou has been making all the phone calls. He said they are just trying to get everything settled for the rest of the weddings coming up since they had some minor changes in the menu and stuff. Anyone who has been dealing with him can make the menu appointment with him if they want to, and he said it doesn't have to be done right away, maybe within the next month or so
