Anyone going to the May 12th tasting? Also, any tasting advice, headsup, questions I should ask, etc from those that already went...thanks!!

We didn't really ask any questions when we went. Just enjoyed the food. There are vendors there (photo, limo, and Unlimited Entertainment is the dj). You probably don't need any of those vendors, but when we went I did, so I talked to them and booked Thomas Paul.
The food is yummmmmy and the uplighting looks very nice!

Let's see. I think we were there for 2 hours, but we were talking to vendors.
They give fresh mozz/tomatoes/peppers first. Then you get a choice of salad (house or ceasar). Then they bring out a lot of entrees family style so you can all try some. They gave us stuffed shrimp, chicken corden bleu, steak, seabass, salmon, pork chop, and veal. Veggies, potato.
