Does anyone know if Nick does all the Maitre'D work at CLM? My FH and I have been dealing with Lou since the beginning but we were wondering who we would get on the night of the wedding. Anyone know? Any suggestions on who to ask for as a bridal assistant from CLM? One review was not very positive about one of them and I just want to make sure my BP is well cared for. Thanks!!

I think Nick does most weddings, but theres another guy too (i dont know his name but its not Lou). As far as the bridal attendant, I believe (i could be wrong though) that it depends on the day and the room you're in. I dont think you get to 'pick' who you get as a bridal attendant....it just depends whose working that day and which room your reception is in.

My sister, jeanla4c got married there in 05 and she had Matt as her maitre d and he was amazing! Monika was her bridal attendant and she was awesome too!

nick and this other guy i have seen there. They had extra people on staff for woty though.
I pray i have nick.. the other guys is great had him for a xmass party there but fh and i like nick. We want at the end of the night to make him do some shots with us!!!

I'm serious, i wanna nickname Nick 'James Brown' - just like James Brown was the hardest working man in show biz, Nick is certainly the hardest working man in the wedding biz!!! That guy never seems to get a day off!!!
