Did anyone deal with Lou as a banquet manager? all i keep hearing is everyone got Nick as a banquet manager/maitre' d and how wonderful he was....i hope Lou is as good..lol and does anyone know if lou is a matire'd there as well? tia

We've dealt almost exclusively with Lou. He's a little spacey but is very good. We have no complaints about him. I'm not sure if he is the guy we'll get on the night as our Maitre D' but if you FM me after my wedding, I'll let you know. Everyone we've dealt with at CLM is great...you have nothing to worry about! If you need any info or have any ??'s, feel free to FM me

I have been having the same concerns because we are dealing with Lou as well. He seems like a really great guy but he is a little spacey!

Nick is my BM, but on the occasion when I had a question and Nick wasn't there Lou always helped me out. He seems like a nice guy.

my friend had his eparty at clm with lou as his org. bm... he almost cancelled his party b/c of lou's actions/words ..he had so many issues but nick stepped up and righted everything so id push for nick from what i heard
