You have a price per head, 18% service charge, 8.625% tax, Maitre D. fee $300, $500 chapel - what gets taxed????
I am figuring it as everything gets taxed (maitre d fee and chapel) but my parents are yelling at me saying no only price per head and service.
Please help me otherwise i am not getting to sleep.

You better check with your hall to be safe. You might be taxed on all of that.

If the 'maitre d fee' is a tip, then no tax on that.
You will get taxed on the price pp and I'd imagine on the chapel fee as well.
I'd call the hall to ask just to be sure.

See the fee for the Maitre Dee is just a fee to have him there, i have to give him a tip too!!! Grrrr i guess i was right everything gets taxed. Well i will see soon enough.. i am just going to email CLM and ask so i know how much damage this wedding will actually be.

From what I recall when I went to Jericho Terrace, you pay tax and gratuity per the amount of people you are going to have or must requrie. As for the Maitre d', I believe you just tip him/her at your own discretion with no tax.
